The Jones County Sheriff’s Department will host a benefit concert featuring the nationally acclaimed gospel group Triumphant Quartet on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at Glade Baptist Church located at 72 Triangle Drive which runs off of Hwy. 15 South.
The renowned gospel group Heart’s Desire from Jones County will also be performing. Proceeds from this concert will benefit the Jones County Sheriff’s Department’s Safety Equipment Fund which helps provide safety equipment such as reflective traffic safety vests, traffic safety cones, rechargeable flashlights and reflective rain gear for patrol deputies.
Tickets for the concert are $10, children age 6 and under are free. Tickets may be purchased at the Jones County Sheriff’s Department in Laurel, from any Jones County Sheriff’s Department employee, at the Baptist Bible and Book Store in Laurel, at the Jones County Baptist Association or at the door.
