Hattiesburg Police Department Arrest Three in Residential Burglary

Hattiesburg police arrested Micharlos James and Chris Love, both 20, and Roderick Love, 18, all of Hattiesburg, MS for their involvement in a residential burglary committed on South 21st Avenue in Hattiesburg, MS.

On Monday, February 8, 2010 around 1:00 p.m., Hattiesburg police responded to a home on South 21st Avenue in reference to the report of a suspected residential burglary. Upon arrival, officers made contact with an individual who advised that several male subjects were seen making entry into a residence that did not belong to any of them. The suspects, who had taken several items from the house, were spotted shortly after officers arrived and fled the scene on foot. Police located and took the three men, later identified as Micharlos James, Chris and Roderick Love, into custody without incident at the intersection of West 4th Street and Oliver Avenue.

After further investigation, all three males were arrested and transported to the Forrest County Regional Jail where they were charged with (1) count each of residential burglary.
